Always a great experience here. I have dental anxiety, but I always know when I go in everyone will make sure I’m comfortable and aware of everything being done. From the wonderful admins to the chronically competent hygienists to the down-to-earth and kind dentists. I couldn’t recommend Ballard Dental Arts enough!

Nice facility and I had a lady with brown hair who welcomed me and took my X-rays along with doing other recording things. She was very upbeat, personable and made the dentist experience as comfortable as possible. (I think she was the assistant or another hygienist) I hope I get her again when I go back for my cleaning.

Friendly, professional staff and dentists who use the latest technology to clean and diagnose dental issues. I've been using their services for many years and have been completely satisfied. They listen and give good advise and never push services on me.

I love this dental office 😊! I see Dr Sainanee- I trust her implicitly. Dr. S is very honest and she most definitely has a gift. I feel blessed having found her. I haven’t yet gotten to meet everyone yet, but the ones I have worked with are very skilled and enjoyable to be around. Great team!

I drive 2.5+ hours to go to Ballard Dental Arts. The dentists are honest and do not over-prescribe unnecessary work. Cleaning is great. I really recommend them.

I've been a patient here for over 2 years. All staff and providers have been phenomenally kind, competent, and helpful. Going to the dentist can be stressful for me/many, so I'm glad to have found such a positive experience at Ballard Dental Arts.

Friendly staff. Was sad to hear my Dentist had moved on but Dr. Cho was very personable and kind. My hygienist Jennifer was great and checked in with me to make sure she wasn’t causing too much discomfort.
